1. GENERAL

1.1. Provision of detailed references, character descriptions, color/style preferences, deadlines, and so on is essential for proceeding with a successful commission. Unclear briefs or requests beyond my capabilities may be declined.

1.2. My work provided to you at all stages is not for commercial purposes. If you intend to use them for commercial purposes, please let me know in advance by opting for the commercial-use-rights in the Add-ons.

1.3. Due to the nature and styles of each artist being completely different, the final rendered product may differ slightly from the original references and the value/color sketch phase. We will thus conclude the mutual understanding in each phase and proceed accordingly. However, if the misalignment still occurs, you may request to change them to your desire with a small fee (if any) specified in each Stage.

2. PAYMENTS

2.1. Payment method: Bank transfer, PayPal, or Momo.

2.2. Payment process: After accepting the quotation, you can choose ONE of the following payment options:

(i) Pay in full: Your project will be given priority and I will start work immediately; OR,

(ii) 50% upfront fee: This secures your spot. The remaining 50% is due within one (01) day after the Rough sketch in Phase 2 is completed.

2.3. Any additional fixing charges (if applicable) must be paid without delay as specified in the Order Process.

2.4. Failure to receive any payment within three (03) days of the due date will result in the termination of your commission. If you expect a delay, please inform me as soon as possible.

2.5. If you cancel the commission, you will get an 80% refund if the Rough sketch Phase 2 has not started yet, or a 50% refund if the Value/color Sketch Phase 3 has not started yet. No refund will be given once Phase 3 is completed.

2.6. If I cancel the commission at any phase, you will receive a 100% refund.

3. REVISIONS

WIP updates. Only mistake fixes are offered at the final stage, right before the final delivery.

4. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

4.1. Depending on the complexity and nature of each project. In general, it will be approx. 1-3 weeks.

4.2. Please note that the Estimated Completion Time is not a fixed deadline. It is an estimate that may be adjusted based on any changes to the commission's scope, such as revisions to ideas, references, or other new requirements that impact the complexity or nature of the artwork.

5. USE

5.1. Editing, resale, tracing, or generating AI's products is prohibited without my prior agreement.

5.2. Do not use my drafts to commission others, or to use as your artwork.

5.3. Please credit me when posting my work on social media.

5.4. The following is considered Copyright infringement:

(i) Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially, unless agreed otherwise;

(ii) Taking credit for the creation of the artwork;

(iii) Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.

(iv) Using the artwork for any AI research or image iteration purposes, including but not limited to machine learning, neural networks, or any other similar technology. Please reach out to me or include it in the commission description if you have questions about the use case.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1. Upon delivery, the commissioned artwork will not be sold by me in any format.

6.2. By commissioning me, you’re purchasing a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

7. REFUNDS

7.1. All sales are final - No refunds.

7.2. In the event that I am unable to complete your commission, a partial refund will be issued, proportional to the amount of work remaining at the time of cancellation.
